Searches that reach beyond the catalog to find opportunities and pages elsewhere. Counted per day; searching the catalog, the directory and award history is unlimited.
Usage add-ons.
When a paid plan is close to a monthly allowance, more can be added for the rest of the month, or every monthly allowance can be multiplied on the same plan. Offered inside the product, at the moment it is needed, never as a plan change.

Pricing questions, answered

How does the trial work?

Free for 3 days. Card required, charged only when the trial ends. Cancel anytime. 3 packages, 3 concept notes and 3 cover letters included in your trial. During the trial, monthly usage allowances are the Starter plan's whichever plan you pick.

What is launch pricing?

The launch price is what you pay for your first three months, then the standard price applies. Choose annual during the launch window and the annual launch price is locked in for as long as you stay on it.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately, with proration: an upgrade bills the difference for the rest of the period, and a downgrade is shown with what it would remove before you confirm it.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens if a payment fails?

A failed renewal locks the workspace until it is paid. You can still sign in and reach the billing page, where Pay now retries the card on file and you can update the card.

Do you offer a nonprofit discount?

Not currently. The same plans are available to everyone.

What about state and local opportunities?

Selected state and local opportunities are included and more are added over time.

Is there an API?

There is no general API. Pro plans and above can connect an AI assistant to Awards Capture, which reads and writes the same records under the same allowances; everything else is used through the application.
